    • Individual contributor that has a solid understanding and application of theoretical principals of computer systems.
    • Designs, tests, debugs, and maintains moderately complex computer systems.
    • Performs a variety of duties and tasks including set up, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of computer systems.
    • Applies standard application engineering techniques, practices, procedures, and criteria in all but the most complex situations. 
    • Solves fairly complex user inquiries that may arise during day-to-day operations.
    • Performs assignments under minor direction and supervision.
    • Ability to work independently, and as a member of multi-functional team.
    • Communicate effectively with computer personnel, users, and other staff who may have no technical background.


    • Must be pursuing an Information Technology Degree
    • Minimum GPA 3.0 or above preferred. 
    • Programming knowledge preferred. 
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
    • Must be available to work at least 20 hours per week.
